About the role
The Smart Infrastructure business comprises six business units: Service and Solutions, Grid Software, Electrification and Automation, eMobility, Electrical Products and Building Products. The Building Products unit designs and manufactures systems for building automation, products for heating, ventilation, air conditioning applications, for lighting, blinds controls, fire safety and extinguishing systems as well as security system and products.
As the Nordic Head of Building Products (BP) you will represent BP in the Nordic countries as well as in the Nordic management team. You are expected to lead and maximize the profitable and sustainable market exploitation through developed market strategies and maximum customer satisfaction. You represent the Business Unit in the Nordic region as well as you are acting as a strategic partner of the regional business unit within Headquarters.
You can be located anywhere in the Nordics for this position.
Main responsibilities:
• To lead, manage and oversee the BP Nordic unit.
• P&L responsibility for the business unit.
• Create high performing teams in a diverse and multicultural environment.
• Adapt to a continuously changing world and market need.
• Ensure and lead the organization to achieve sustainably financial results and processes.
• Secure an optimal organizational structure and regional presence.
