The global market for GRC software solutions is in the process of maturing from an immature level to a high paced growth setting. The Retention Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of RISMA-Systems customers. The retention Manager will drive the awareness of RISMA- Systems best ideas, innovations, and capabilities to customers and match these to the customers’ individual need. As retention Manager, you own ultimate responsibility for the customer’s renewal and for expansion of the platform while being a trusted advisor to new and existing customers. The result is to increase customer satisfaction, retention and expansion of RISMA- systems solutions and platform.Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the customer’s renewal as well as expansion of the GRC platform and software solutions
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the typical business challenges faced by RISMA´s customers and common objectives to appropriately map RISMA´s features and associated business benefits to address the customer’s needs
  • Play a fundamental part in coaching customers to establish and manage their use of RISMA´s solutions
  • Serve as a customer advocate while maintaining and driving, industry best practices and the evolution of RISMA´s product and platform functionality
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders in the account portfolio
  • Deliver successful customers to the contract renewal cycle and, support the renewals process to minimize customer attrition
  • Coach customers to ensure they are leveraging all available RISMA Success Services
  • Deliver successful customers to the contract renewal cycle and, where necessary, support the renewals process to minimize customer churn
  • Required & Preferred Skills:
  • Relevant commercial Master’s Degree from CBS or other relevant University
  • Minimum 2-5 years relevant work experience
  • Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster honest dialog
  • Preferable Knowledge of GRC solutions and product and platform features, capabilities (or other SaaS solutions)
  • Track record of managing large, complex Digital / Technology programs in Customer facing roles, and the ability to successfully handle difficult customers or customer situations
  • Experience with account portfolio planning and prioritization
