New established position in Denmark
The Nordic region of Arval is considered being a growth market within Arval, with clear and specific goals for the business as well as for the development of people and organizational commitment.
For the local Danish and Norwegian organizations (app. 40/20 employees) we are now looking to hire an experienced HR professional in order to carry out local HR actions from the overall HR strategy. Being based in Copenhagen, you report directly to the two General Managers in each of the countries having a dotted line to the regional HR Manager based in Paris. You will work closely with the colleagues from Central HR acquiring and rolling out best practices for the Danish/Norwegian entities located in Copenhagen and Oslo respectively.
Your main responsibilities are:
Implement and ensure business-focused HR practices/policies/initiatives (talent and performance management, compensation & benefits, work wellbeing etc.) according to the company standards and statutory plans.
Drive and manage HR related projects, e.g. employee surveys, online-training etc.
Attend the local Executive Committees in Denmark/Norway respectively, along with hands-on HR work, being the first point of contact for both managers and employees.
Reporting to headquarter and follow-ups on statistics and KPI’s on country levels.
HR administration e.g. coordination with external payroll provider, control of employment contracts, salary statements etc.
Contribute in building a winning company culture in strong collaboration with local management.

You will succeed as our HR Manager if you have
5+ years generalist experience from HR, background from a matrix organization is a plus.
Preferred a business/university degree in HR, law, psychology or post-graduate in HR or equivalent.
Good knowledge of the Danish labor law practices.
Facilitation and coaching skills and the ability to adapt to different situations.
A positive attitude and ability to foster collaboration.
Personal and professional integrity.
A hands-on and strong do’er-mentality.
A problem-solving mindset with an analytical view on HR-topics.
Fluency in Danish and English.
You will join an international and growing company with long-term ownership, where committed employees create the successes. When Covid19 allows, you should expect to travel 1-2 days to the Oslo office on a monthly basis.
