Then this is your moment. We are looking for a new IT project manager to join our team in Diabetes Finished Products, Hillerød.

About the department

As our new IT Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Office department in the Diabetes Finished Product organisation. In our department, we are responsible for Project Portfolio Management, Project Governance and Project Execution and our main focus is on the execution of projects related to our Finished Production (Assembly and Packaging production lines) and IT & Automation. Our challenge is to execute an increasing portfolio of diverse projects implementing the solutions with minimum impact of the ongoing production. If you join us, you will be part of a dynamic and ambitious team of 15 Project Managers with various backgrounds all striving for excellence in executing projects.

The position

As our new IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving projects within our IT & Automation project roadmaps. In these projects, you will be responsible for planning and executing the project and all related tasks/processes such as resource management, project risk management and cost controls. As a natural part of the projects, you will be in close dialogue with line of business and all levels of management on our production site.

In this role, you will also be expected to contribute to the development of the team as well as the project management level across the Diabetes Finished Product organisation in order to mature and strengthen our ability to support the production by running projects efficient.

Qualifications

You hold an academic degree within a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Business, IT or similar) supplemented with 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager. You have experience with operating and executing IT projects and/or experience with validation of IT systems. Ideally you have some knowledge of MES, SCADA or SAP.

It is considered an advantage, if your have experience from a GxP-regulated environment or a similarly regulated industry. But most importantly, you possess a great business sense and excel at engaging people to achieve their best while complementing project specified goals.

On a personal level, you are pro-active and thrive with driving tasks independently to the finish line. As you have a structured approach to your work, you can juggle several tasks while prioritising your efforts optimally by keeping the bigger picture. You are a team player and quickly build strong working relationships with all types of stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds. Good communication skills are a must including the ability to target the communication to extremely broad audience at all organisational levels as well as the ability to deliver high quality presentation material.

Lastly, you must be fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English.
