Jump-start your IT career with the NNIT Future Specialist Program focusing on Application Management. You will during this 18 months program acquire capabilities to become a skilled application specialist, technology architect and consultant, expanding your toolbox and receive hands-on training, courses, certifications and specialized mentoring – all within the present growth areas of cloud, DevOps and automation in relation to Application Management.

The program will start in Q2-Q3 2020 and will take place in the NNIT headquarters in Søborg, Denmark.
You have recently completed your master’s or other relevant IT degree. You are ambitious and focused, and you want to start a career within the area of Application Management, delivering business critical IT projects, consultancy and operations to our many clients. With this program you will get the opportunity to work with some of the most skilled specialists and consultants servicing our large client base across several industries within International Life Science, Danish Enterprise, Public and Finance. After completing the program, you will continue your career in NNIT as an Application Management specialist.

What can you expect?
- Become a part of our global application team consisting of 50 ambitious specialists located in Søborg and Aarhus in Denmark, Prague in the Czech Republic, Tianjin in China and Manila in the Philippines – and of a total organization in NNIT of more than 3000 people
- Receive training and certifications within cloud, DevOps and automation
- Have multiple interfaces in your daily work, both internally in NNIT and externally towards existing and potential customers
- Participate in the bid process towards new potential customers, presenting our services and suggesting technical solutions
- Become a part of large application infrastructure transition/transformation projects
- Get hands-on experience with incident and change handling for existing customers
- Work closely with a dedicated mentor to support your development
Your profile
- Most importantly: you are eager to learn
- You have a master’s or other relevant IT degree and have achieved good results, especially within:
- Scripting/automation
- Operating systems
- Databases(secondarily)
- Networks(secondarily)
- You have a strong interest in becoming an Application Management specialist and consultant
- You are self-driven and have a mature mindset, and are ready to engage committedly internally within NNIT’s organization and externally towards our customers
- You speak Danish on a native level and have very good English skills, both verbally and written
