We are looking for someone to come join a fast-paced, global team to be a crucial part of the Stibo transformation into the world of SaaS” says Julie Vallies, Senior Global Support Manager.
This is the role and the main tasks:
Based within the Global Support Services Team, the Associate Technical Project Manager will liaise with other key departments within Stibo Systems as well as directly with customers and prospective customers. Your primary focus will be to ensure all technical projects, such as new STEP installations, STEP software upgrades, STEP system migrations are delivered within the agreed time and budget.
You will assume responsibility for the overall process and leadership during the technical implementation projects. With the support of systems engineers/systems architects, you will provide information regarding the technical implementation including: project schedules, security, network, hardware, the STEP application server, third party software, system platforms and OS setup (Windows Server, RHEL, OEL, and macOS), performance testing, and handling of assets.

- Project management pertaining to Technical Services activities
- Work closely with customers and/or partners regarding scheduling for technical projects and continuously grow business relationship with existing and new customers/partners
- Responsible for the communication of technical prerequisites for STEP software installations including roles and responsibilities of involved parties
- Manage the execution of acceptance tests and customer sign-offs
- Ensure the implementation of STEP follows Stibo Systems’ best practices
- Monitor project progress and communicate proactively with all parties involved
- Presentation development and delivery as needed
Ability to pay high attention to details while retaining a view of the overall picture
- Strong people skills (team-oriented, interpersonal relations)
- Interest in technical particularities such as hardware, cloud, software, security, network, etc.
- Some understanding of cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS and Azure
- Proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite of software

- Experience in leading project meetings for diverse audiences consisting of clients, team members and functional leaders
- Ability to adapt to changes, timeline and direction in fast-moving environment with minimal direction from management
- Very quality conscious and a drive for high quality delivery
- Ability to pay high attention to details while retaining a view of the overall picture
- Strong people skills (team-oriented, interpersonal relations)
- Interest in technical particularities such as hardware, cloud, software, security, network, etc.
- Some understanding of cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS and Azure
- Proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite of software
Preferred skills/experience:
- Working knowledge of Apache, Java, Oracle database administration and cloud computing platforms (particularly AWS and Microsoft Azure),
- General system administration skills (MS Windows Server, Oracle Enterprise Linux, Red Hat Enterprise Linux and macOS)
- Some understanding of platform as a service and operations
- 3+ years’ experience working as a technical role in the IT infrastructure, technical support services, or technical project coordinator/manager preferably relating to software implementations
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
