Join a team of highly-skilled Graphical designers and Regulatory Affairs Professionals in Global Regulatory Affairs
ALK offers an exciting opportunity in Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) consisting of 4 product teams and a team responsible for our regulatory systems. This position is placed within one of the product teams.
GRA counts approximately 55 people and we are located in Hørsholm.
The Position
As a Teamleader for the Artwork function, you will be responsible for the processes for preparation of new and update of existing artwork (cartons, labels, package leaflets and blisters) for all authorised products in ALK. This team consists of 2 Graphical designers who will report to you. You will work closely together with top motivated employees in GRA as well as across the organisation. You will report to the manager of a team consisting of 14 people.
Furthermore, you will be involved in:
Your Qualifications
We expect you to have a relevant education e.g. as a Graphical designer with several years of experience from an artwork function in the pharmaceutical industry. Furthermore, you have a few years of management experience.
You should possess a great eye for and understanding of design and layouts including knowledge of the packaging artwork processes and the artwork programs e.g. InDesign and Illustrator.
In order to be a success in this role, we seek a person who is naturally pragmatic and who sees solutions instead of problems. You should have a structured approach in your daily work. You are proactive, service-minded and a profound team-player and you enjoy being part of a busy environment with a lot of tasks ongoing. Furthermore, you possess good communication skills, and you master English at a high professional level.

- Managing and developing process for Printed Packaging Material
- Coordinating and chairing Printed Packaging Material (PPM) Committee meetings
- Optimising and maintaining Printed Packaging Material procedures relevant for GRA and ensure compliance
- Conducting training in the Printed Packaging Material processes of all new employees in RCNO and affiliates
- Daily management and support to the team members
- Collaborating with Regulatory Affairs Professionals in GRA for regulatory submissions for new Marketing Authorisation Applications as well as life cycle management activities for ALK products in different regions, e.g. Europe, US, and South East Asia.
- Collaborating with other functional areas in ALK, especially with the packaging site in Madrid, Spain
- Writing and maintaining work instructions within own area
