Key responsibilities


You are driving a customer mindset within the whole organization through timely and actionable customer insights. You are also accountable for design, plan, execute and report on customer interviews, observations and derived insights.

Other tasks:

• Run the quarterly reporting of the Customers Loyalty and Satisfaction survey, engaging with multiple stakeholders

• Market trends understanding, feeding commercial decisions based on both internal and external data sources.

• Run insight research in Europe through various methodologies to develop actionable insights.

• Connect multiple data points (data sources) to spot business opportunities.

• Support Marketing activation planning with relevant insights prior to campaigns. You will take the lead in identifying knowledge gaps, initiating research together with your colleagues.

We are looking for


The ideal candidate has a background in Market Research/Customer Insights (5+ years), preferably from a B2B business. You have proven quantitative and qualitative research skills, an analytical mindset and can deliver clear recommendations based on data.

You:

• Have extensive and documented experience developing and embedding customer insights into an international organization.
• Project management skills managing different and complex projects and tasks at one time, sometimes under tight deadlines.
• An extroverted team player with strong communication skills, enabling you to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Someone who has a strong drive can work independently, but at the same time is a strong team player, leveraging the experience of all members of the team when supporting the business.
