You will play a key part in managing and coordinating our reporting on sustainability and ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) as project manager for our award-winning sustainability report.
As we continue to integrate our ESG strategy and reporting more closely into business strategy and financial reporting, an exciting development task lies ahead to contribute to shaping the future of our reporting together with the rest of the team.
You will also support and drive citizenship projects, engagement and partnerships, with key tasks including:
• Managing Maersk’s global donations policy and internal SOPs, reviewing priority causes and partnerships, and ensuring process oversight according to defined performance metrics.
• Coordinating and supporting internal and external stakeholder engagement on the sustainability agenda, in close collaboration with colleagues in Communications and Branding and programme owners across the business.

The ideal candidate is a business-oriented sustainability/ESG professional with min. 3-5 years’ experience from a corporate or consulting setting, ideally in an international environment, and a Master’s degree in a relevant field (business/ sustainability/communications).
It will be an advantage to have hands-on experience with sustainability reporting from a corporate or investor (ESG) perspective and with project management in a large company.
On a personal level you are an excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and strong relationships at all levels of an organisation.
You have a strong drive and good coordination skills, with the ability to keep oversight as well as track of details, and not least you are a team player with a sense of humour.
Your written and spoken English is impeccable. Knowledge of Danish and/or additional languages would be an advantage, but not a requirement.
