An exciting role where you will be the gateway for demand management of all modelling assignments and works on complex assignments as part of a process management task force.
The role balances training leadership on modelling framework; consult and support super user community to structurally link process with other business / IT elements; and derive insights based on these structural linkages to support top process transformation priorities and Transformation Office functions for gap, change and impact analysis

You will be looking after setting various components of Enterprise Process Management framework and building organisational capabilities, including:
• Set standards for enterprise process management framework and process improvement lifecycle (incl. modelling and analysis, content quality assurance, change release, operational rollout)
• Establish awareness and deep-dive sessions for process, product and platform leadership hierarchy on enterprise process management framework
• Steer the changes in process management framework and process improvement lifecycle
• Implement performance tracking of business modelling framework and tooling rollout to ensure long-term impact
• Direct functional in-take, feasibility run and pilot for new use-cases of process management tooling
• Lead on-boarding of user community from large and complex assignments on process management framework and tooling (incl. training and content migration feasibility, repository setup)
• After-care of user community (incl. coaching on process modelling/analysis/simulation, setting up various catalogues, review content quality)
• Aggregated collection and tracking progress of – modelling -process standardization & automation -process performance indicators

The ideal candidate will have solid experience with modelling and training delivery initiatives.
You have good understanding of business modelling principles, ability to structurally integrate various enterprise elements and derive meaningful insights thereof.
Furthermore you:
• Have strong active listening skills
• Have confident and engaging communication skills across all levels of seniority
• Have experience working in a large global company with multiple product families
• Have business level English – verbal and written.
