The Commercial Product Enablement Manager will be joining our commercial enablement team, which has as primary mission to enable and lead our commercial organisation of 550+ employees to achieve our strategic goals across Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience.

Key responsibilities


In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating successful delivery of our Products.

This consists of the following elements:

1. Ownership of all product related enablement
• Take leadership of the roll out of new products.
• Map, understand, own and improve end-to-end processes from opportunity into execution all the way to invoicing for all of our products.
• Support new solution building from an execution point of view in collaboration with the Business Development Team
• Support local SEM organizations with implementation of solutions and products
• Establish measurements and mechanisms to monitor operational performance

2. Alignment on solutions and products with a wide range of stakeholders on all levels
• Set up and maintain efficient operating models
• Align Sealand Europe and Mediterranean’s product related processes with the product and execution teams
• Build a European focal community who will support us on the product enablement in the countries.
• Create alignment of the services across different geographies

3. Product Capability Building
• Understand the current knowledge gaps in the commercial organisation and ensure training will be provided to close the gaps
• For new products being launched, ensure all teams involved received the right training required for their function

We are looking for


We are looking for a new colleague who doesn’t know it all but has a natural curiosity and desire to learn and develop. Someone who comes with passion, drive and energy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with some ambiguity.

To succeed you will need to have great communication, networking, interpersonal skills, be a team player and preferably have experience from positions where you have been successful in achieving results through others. You will need to be able to operate effectively in a matrix environment and create networks across teams.

We also look for some of below competencies/experiences:

• A commercial and customer centric mindset with ability to understand the customer impact of solutions
• Have worked in a customer facing function
• Experience with designing processes and improvements to these on a large scale
• Project management experience and the ability to drive projects to success at the right quality and time
• Experience in driving a transformational agenda
• A background within the logistics industry
• Knowledge of Maersk systems and processes is an advantage.
