Finance Group Finance Financial Processes, Systems & Compli.
Finance Processes & Digital Solutions is a department under Group Finance. We create business value by:
- Be a trusted and valuable finance business partner providing value-added consultancy and recommendations to the Vestas Finance Community
- Serve as CFO Project Portfolio Management authority and drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives and CAPEX projects
- Direct process standardization and establish common systems & data models, and properly align the finance org & consolidation of activities to continue the Finance Shared Service Center journey
- Establish a strong process governance and process ownership to monitor policy compliance and process targets. Identify and drive process and systems improvements
- Govern the entire lifecycle of SAP Roles and access provisioning by assessing access risks, implementing remediation plans, ensuring policy and process compliance
- Safeguard Finance Master Data
We work closely together with Global IT and our Global Finance Shared Service Center in Manila. We cover SAP ERP, SAP BI, and SAP BPC solutions.
Responsibilities
It is important that you position yourself as a trusted and value-adding business partner for the Vestas Finance Community. In addition, your responsibilities are to:
- Dialogue within the Finance Community and other process domains to collect requests, improvement and to communicate changes etc. directly or indirectly affecting finance
- Recommend and approve new financial process and systems implementations or changes to existing processes and systems to minimize risks and improve performance and efficiencies
- Drive optimization and automation of financial processes, reports and controls through simplification, standardization, and consolidation of activities
- Support Reporting & Compliance with identifying major risks impacting financial reporting and implementing controls to reduce risks and support on guidance (how to be performed by business)
- Bridge the gap between Finance and Global IT and translate requirements into technical requirements to build Financial process & system solutions to match Vestas business within system Best Practice
- Create awareness and understanding of financial processes, and ensure efficient use of SAP ECC within the Finance Community through governance, forums, utilizing systems better and focusing on user experience
- Create and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) supporting Vestas global financial processes
Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor or Master's degree within Finance, Controlling or similar from a good University
- Approximately 8 years' work experience from finance in an international company
- Strong knowledge and experience working with SAP ERP FI & CO module is a requirement
- Experience working with project management, change management and communication is a requirement
- Experience working with SAP PS, SAP CO-PA, SAP BI or similar, and other modules is an advantage
- Experience with Business/Financial controlling in complex environments is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyse complex problems and derive solutions is a requirement
- Lean Six Sigma Certified, Yellow and Green belt trained or with knowledge in process improvement methodologies is an advantage
- Experience with Finance Process mapping, Process mining and improvements is an advantage
