You will join a department where we develop and propel the Service cybersecurity strategy & implementation. We will share more interesting details about the organisation and how our team is if you get an interview with us.

Responsibilities
You will as the Senior Specialist and lead of Offering Management be responsible for owning the strategy and execution for one/more Cyber Services - managed cyber services offerings. Your main responsibility is to set detailed direction and priorities across disciplines and business units to bring offerings to market.
More specifically, you are to:

  • Oversee the entire offering life cycle from offering definition to iteration, being accountable for bringing financial results for offering based on key outcome metrics
  • Ensure market, customer, and competitive research and analysis for offerings and contributes point of view on segment
  • Develop end-to-end business plan for offerings, outlining user personas/needs, client's buying journey, and distribution channels, recommending licensing & pricing approach and specifying key performance metrics
  • Position offerings vs. key competitors from a capability, client value, pricing, consumability, and go-to-market perspective
  • Propel the cross-functional, cross-division or cross-unit collaborative efforts to define offerings and meet offering schedule commitments, and actively handle plan risks associated with commitments

Furthermore, it is expected that you:

  • Solicit direct client input from client contacts, non-customers, and analysts, as well as responding to customer inquiries on offering strategy or roadmap in collaboration with commercial division
  • Evaluate potential partner relationships for the offering and works to address any gaps in the offering portfolio versus client needs or current positioning
  • Interface at all management and executive levels and significantly influences/impacts their decisions on offering strategy and direction. You will guide across disciplines and across the enterprise, influencing key stakeholders and organisations, including executive management, when issues may arise
  • Set direction for design, sales, and marketing to plan innovative go-to-market strategies
  • Maintain close relationships with marketing communications and sales management and leverages significant communication skills to interact the offering differentiation by market segment and client profile/cohort

You will have/gain expert knowledge of offering's capabilities, customer buying journeys, and the marketplace. It is important to understand future trends, technologies, and go-to-market strategies and have expert knowledge of competitive offering strenghts, weaknesses, and capabilities.

Qualifications
To qualify for and succeed with the above-mentioned responsibilities, we see the following as required technical and professional expertise:

  • At least 5 years’ experience with offering management/product management
  • Experience with Sales and Business Development in Cyber
  • A few years of experience in Cyber services market with a profound background and understanding in market trends, industry landscape, Managed services /cloud - based SCADA/Cyber services offerings
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Cyber Service Providers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics /and Business Administration is beneficial

Ideally, these are the (preferred) technical and professional expertise:

  • 10 years offering management/product management,
  • 5+ years of experience in the market with a solid background and understanding in market trends, competitive landscape, managed services / cloud-based data protection offerings
  • Working knowledge of Cyber Service Providers SaaS solutions - AWS/Azure/IBM Cloud/Google Cloud
  • Design and User Experience Essentials badge or its equivalent

Additional information
Your base will be in Copenhagen/Aarhus - Denmark.
The position may require a certain amount of annual travel activity.
