About this opportunity
You will join BCCM Risk Reduction Plan, which is a team located within the largest business area in : Group Business Support (GBS). GBS drives optimisation of our operational efficiencies, letting the other Business Areas focus on what they do best, to serve our customers and drive income growth initiatives.
As a Team Leader, you will step into a central and critical role, leading the team that is focused on Service Transition Management and Project Management related tasks. This is where your expertise is needed to contribute with a solid and strategic risk management, which will directly impact on the financial performance, efficiency, competitiveness and overall success of . As a Team Leader you make and implement operational plans and set concrete targets for the team. As well as implement and optimise processes, products and concepts and facilitate continuous improvements. You provide timely and well-documented feedback, coach, assess performance, hold direct reports accountable for their performance, communicate and show direction to enable direct reports to cooperate and execute.
The role is based in Helsinki; Copenhagen; Stockholm.
