<p>People are at the heart of Ramboll’s 2022-2025 strategy as we seek to be The Partner for Sustainable Change and our Organisational Capability and Learning centre of excellence has a key role to play to ensure that Ramboll has the skills, knowledge and capability in our people to achieve our ambitions. As our Head of Organisational Capability and Learning you will set our vision and strategic direction and define the initiatives, policies and processes needed to ensure progress and through collaboration and connectivity, empower the broader HR function to effectively execute the strategy.</p><p>Skills, knowledge and capability are a key lever to realise Ramboll’s ambitions. Operating as a valued partner to business and functional leaders (HR Directors, Business Partners, Talent) you will define our future organisational capability profile and shape the strategy and align plans to achieve our ambition. You will be skilled in recognising the capabilities needed to execute our strategy and able to use your strong skills in analysing workforce trends and data to spot gaps and opportunities between our current and future state.</p><p>Your expertise will also encompass several disciplines which support building and utilising capability in our people including working with strategic workforce planning, learning and development and knowledge management. You will develop and implement the strategy to capture, share and utilise skills across Ramboll and oversee the creation and delivery of upskilling and training programs as needed. You will be a key driver of our work to establish our thought leadership position and program as well as supporting the maturity of Ramboll’s position and culture towards a knowledge management and learning organisation.</p><p>Reporting to our Chief People Officer, and a core member of the Global HR Leadership team, as leader of our CoE for Organisational Capability and Learning you will be a trusted partner to business leaders ensuring that their needs are considered in the development and shape of any solutions deployed across Ramboll.</p><p><strong>Your key responsibilities will be: </strong></p><ul><li>Analysing workforce data and trends to identify gaps and opportunities in the organisation's current workforce. Collaborating across HR and other departments to identify the skills, knowledge, and abilities that will be required in the future;</li><li>Driving, developing and implementing learning and development strategies, policies, and programs that align with the overall business goals and objectives of the organisation;</li><li>Enabling structured thought leadership capability building to effectively build competitive advantage;</li><li>Developing and implementing a strategy for capturing, sharing, and utilising knowledge and skills across the organisation;</li><li>Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development and creating a positive and supportive environment that encourages learning and growth.</li><li>Developing and managing budgets for investments in learning, development and knowledge management programs and initiatives, including resources, materials, technology and personnel;</li><li>Developing and implementing strategies for evaluating the effectiveness of organisational capability building programs and making improvements as necessary;</li><li>Establishing and maintaining relationships with external suppliers, academic institutions, and professional organizations to leverage their resources and expertise;</li><li>Staying up to date with emerging trends and best practices in workforce planning, learning and development, and socializing this knowledge with the rest of the organisation.</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company.
