Are you a Bachelor- or Master Student? Do you want practical experience with project management, stakeholder management and data gathering within Novo Nordisk? Then you might be our new intern in Project Office & IT Department in Novo Nordisk Pharmatech Koege!

The position
Your tasks will primarily cover:

  • Supporting the project managers with project workshops, purchase of equipment, etc.
  • Stakeholder management and data gathering for various project packages
  • Communicating and coordinating across the different organization levels
  • Performing data mappings and visualizations for the different projects you will be involved in.
  • Assisting in the project’s task management activities
  • Supporting the department with administrative tasks.

This internship is an excellent opportunity to begin a career within the pharmaceutical industry. Our preferred setup is listed below:

  • Internship period: 6 months
  • Working hours: 37 hours per week
  • Start Date: January 2021
  • A Danish full-time work permit is required.

Qualifications
You are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree within Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or within other relevant field with excellent aca-demic results. You are preferably in the last year of your Bachelor's degree or first semester of your Master's degree.

You are a fast learner, solution oriented, and have a strong analytical mindset, especially to translate the data you collect into practical solutions. You also have excellent communications and coordinating skills and are confident in approaching project stakeholders.

It is preferred if you can understand Danish and are able to follow up in meetings.

The department
Project Office & IT consist of two teams, Project Office and IT. We handle projects of all sizes and scopes, from small improvements to major implementations of methods, processes, equipment, IT and buildings. We work with automation controlling, equip-ment, utility and supply monitoring, infrastructure, safety, data handling and lots of other areas related to both research and full-scale production.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about managing the projects at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech.
