We are currently working with e.g., the Høst PTX Plant, the Bornholm 3GW and the North Sea 10 GW energy islands and starting equally large and exciting projects up all over the world. We are looking for a Head of Section to lead and develop a group of highly committed professionals in Denmark and Germany. We provide consultancy to some of the largest and most innovative projects in the green transition. From offshore foundations, substations, and grid connections to some of the first and largest PtX plants globally.
DESIGN THE FUTURE WITH A GLOBAL TEAM OF EXPERTS
The electrical section is nested in the Wind Energy and Renewables department which consists of 150 enthusiastic colleagues working from Denmark, Germany, and Taiwan while collaborating closely with energy and marine colleagues in other departments. As an international business line, we embrace cultural diversity and highly value our social and friendly environment. We deliver electrical disciplines services within offshore and onshore wind, solar power, geothermal heating and to the power grid itself. The section is multidisciplinary hence we have our own energy sector projects, but we also provide inputs to solutions related to large transportation or infrastructure project in other departments.
JOIN US AND LEAD OUR ELECTRICAL SECTION
We are looking for a Head of Section with experience in electrical system designs and knowledge about how to adapt electrical consultancy services into the overall delivery to a client. Motivating, inspiring, and developing people should be one of your favourite tasks, in addition to this, you are a concise communicator and enjoy solving complex issues with peers and direct reports. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of setting the direction, resource planning, people development and management of your section, which primarily consists of electrical engineers and technicians, in a total of 20 staff. Your experience enables you to provide sparring to your staff in relation to project management and the overall complexities of the electrical services deliveries.

- Possess significant interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Hold a degree in civil engineering.
- More than 5 years of relevant experience.
- Comprehensive experience within the Electrical fields.
