Key Responsibilities:
Strategy:
• Drive and implement Kvik's strategy across the entire customer journey
• Create inspiring customer experiences through digital innovation, embracing challenges, and accelerating change
• Provide customer, competitor, and market insights
Digital Performance, Operations, and Development:
• Increase bookings, conversions, and attract new customers
• Influence our future omnichannel customer journey
• Set new standards for utilising data across the organisation and activate them in marketing automation activities
• Integrate our MarTech stack - including our CDP Tealium, Agillic, and proprietary platforms MyStore and MyKvik
• Focus on ROI for all digital investments, ensuring a performance and data-driven approach
• Manage Kvik's owned media such as the website and newsletters
Leadership:
• Promote agile development and cultivate a collaborative team mindset
• Lead with a focus on creating a great workplace, reflected in high Great Place to Work® scores
• Collaborate effectively with other internal departments and external partners
You'll be responsible for leading the Digital Marketing team and continuously developing key competencies within Customer Journey & Performance, Digital Development, and Digital Operations. You'll oversee cooperation with our digital agencies.
The Head of Digital Marketing will report directly to the Chief Marketing & Product Officer (CMPO) at Kvik and work closely with major stakeholders, including:
• Marketing Managers, Category Management and Product Owners
• IT Development and eCommerce teams
• Kvik franchisees and salespeople in stores
• The Management Team and fellow members of the Digital Board

With a relevant higher education in digital marketing or a related field, you have strong expertise in customer journey mapping, development, and operations. You've successfully created and managed comprehensive digital customer journeys across organisations - whether in a similar position or at a collaborative agency.
Thriving in an international, growth-oriented environment, you're familiar with various digital project management tools. A good understanding of retail business dynamics and experience in B2C is a plus. You're skilled at negotiation and have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
