Come help us build and shape our pattern design universe!
"Hobbii Friends" are our external designers across the globe who design knitting and crochet patterns for us and we are now looking for an additional talent to our Brand & Design team who can help us grow this area even further.
You'll be in charge of expanding our network of pattern designers from all around the world as well as coordinating and maintaining current and future pattern design partnerships. You'll communicate with our pattern designers about project goals and expectations and find the perfect designers to create new partnerships with. You'll be part of our newly established and fast growing Brand & Design team, work closely with our design and marketing teams, as well as other teams across the organisation. You'll report directly to our Head of Brand and Design, Camilla.
Who are we?
Hobbii is an eCommerce scaleup selling yarn and accessories for knitting and crochet to dedicated yarn lovers in 35+ countries. We’re a Danish company with an international outlook and we’ve recently launched a number of physical stores and aim to hit 50 stores within 3 years to supplement our online sales.
We are expanding with rocket speed and were recently confirmed as the fastest-growing company in Denmark over the past four years. So generally, building something from scratch should excite you rather than terrify you... But don't worry, you won't be doing this alone; in the past year, we welcomed more than 200 people to our team from various backgrounds such as Bonnier, Pleo, GoMore and Google. We have plenty about ideas of how we should grow in the future and we are looking for more talented people to help us with this.

Our Brand & Design team make sure we express the Hobbii brand and design identity in a way that is meaningful and compelling to our customers. The team owns various brand projects, designs our ever growing collection of knitting and crochet patterns, and produces photos and video content for YouTube and other platforms.

The (k)nitty-gritty skills needed
- Experienced crocheter and/or knitter
- Experience with reading and understanding knitting/crochet patterns
- Independent, take ownership and always on top of projects
- Coordinator skills; structured, committed and can motivate people to deliver great results on time
- People skills; collaborations and people management
- Fluent in English
