With direct reference to our Head of Strategic Production Technology, Supply Chain, you will become a part of our Strategic Production Technology Management team. The team is responsible for driving the strategic agenda for implementing all major projects and also developing new production technologies in our Supply Chain. In the position as Head of Project Management Office, you will be responsible for a team of 8 Project Managers, who are responsible for the project portfolio within the Supply Chain.
A job with focus on leading Project Managers and the full portfolio of our Supply Chain projects
As our new Head of Project Management Office, you will play a central role in ensuring the strong leadership of the Project Management Office. Your focus will be aimed towards people management, project deliveries and a pipeline overview. You will be accountable on how you can ensure the continuous development of strong processes within project management, your methods and approach in doing so, both internally in the team and in close collaboration with other relevant functions in Kamstrup.

Personality matters
In the position as Head of Project Management Office you will become part of many different networks in Kamstrup. This is why it is essential that you have an outgoing personality and are good at building relationships both internally and externally as regards to the organisation. As a person you should have high focus on project execution and a drive to develop solutions as a team to overcome the challenges that you will face.
You have a Master’s degree in Engineering or similar and minimum 5 years of experience from a similar position.
In addition, it is a requirement that you:
You are fluent in both written and spoken English. Danish will be an asset

You will be accountable on how you can ensure the continuous development of strong processes within project management, your methods and approach in doing so, both internally in the team and in close collaboration with other relevant functions in Kamstrup.
In addition, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and motivate employees with focus on set targets, performance management, personal development, group development and sparring
- Implement relevant strategic objectives in own function
- Deliver projects in our Supply Chain with focus on the commercial impact for Kamstrup
- Deliver Capex projects according to project goals with focus on both deliveries and project tools such as scope, risk management, project plans, economical overviews and other
- Develop and improve Capex implementation processes for new physical facilities within production
- Overview of all installed production capacity within machinery including plans for next step capacity increases
- Reporting to relevant stakeholders on strategic and tactical levels

- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience leading Project Managers in a global setting
- Have a Prince 2 certification and a solid toolbox within Project Management
- Proven successful track record for coaching and leading Project Managers in a formal Project Management Office organization
You are fluent in both written and spoken English. Danish will be an asset
