You will become a part of our Electricity Division which is going through a transformation to become more solution oriented and customer centric. We are delivering high-quality smart metering solutions that position Kamstrup as a key player in the changing energy system. As a part of this transformation, we are looking for a Head of Strategy & Transformation.
With direct reference to the Senior Vice President you will be part of the management team in the Electricity Division. Your focus will be on development, implementation and execution of strategies that contribute to the company´s strategic business goals.
Head of Strategy & Transformation with a strong focus on implementation
As Head of Strategy & Transformation your job will be to lead and drive the strategy process using fact-based analysis to identify growth and profit opportunities to shape the future positioning of the Electricity Division. This role bridges both functional business areas and countries across the Kamstrup organisation.
In addition you will be responsible for:

Your personality is important to us
You hold a Master’s degree and have at least 5-8 years’ professional experience within strategic planning, business development, innovation and building new business based on strategic alliances and partnerships. Additionally, you have a solid commercial and/or technical background combined with a strong drive and a remarkable acumen in business matters. You are motivated by creating results and can demonstrate a track record.
You are experienced in evaluating “the big picture” scope and able to assess and integrate macro factors ranging from political, economic, competitive, regulatory and technological areas and make impactful business recommendations for the short, medium and long term. As a person you are visionary, strategic and an out-of-box thinker, while being structured and analytical in your approach.
You are fluent in English both written and oral. Danish and German will be an asset.

Head of Strategy & Transformation with a strong focus on implementation
As Head of Strategy & Transformation your job will be to lead and drive the strategy process using fact-based analysis to identify growth and profit opportunities to shape the future positioning of the Electricity Division. This role bridges both functional business areas and countries across the Kamstrup organisation.
In addition you will be responsible for:
- Drive the strategy process including the governance of our Must Win Battles
- Lead the Go-to-Market strategies for new markets which you help select through strategic decision
- Be a key contributor in the delivery of the transformation strategy i.e. from meter supplier to a supplier of intelligent solutions, analysis and services that enable our customers to perform data-based investment decisions and an optimized operation
- Map the energy system (ECO system) and identify, qualify, conceptualize and commercialize the strategic alliances and partnerships required for Electricity to have a competitive value proposition to targeted customer segments
- Identify, qualify and prepare recommendations regarding M&A activities in the value chain that support the strategic direction
