With a direct reference to the Global Head of Customer Support & Services, Solution, and Service Delivery, you will lead and empower our growing and experienced Incident Management team of 9 dedicated Global Incident Engineers, Global Incident Managers, and a Knowledge Manager. Furthermore, you will become a part of our global management team consisting of 8 peers who focus on customer support and service.

Secure coherent customer experience and efficient global collaboration
In the position as Head of Global Incident Management, you will play a vital role in ensuring the daily management of customer-related incidents to ensure a swift restoration of affected services based on priorities related to service level agreements and business impacts. With a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, and maximizing retention, you will lead the way and future-proof a robust framework for providing deep technical support for our countries so they can handle our customer quires and hence ensure that we have the competence, skills and sharing the insights on a global level.

More specifically, you will be:

  • Taking the daily lead of our Global Incident Management team and the daily incident management business
  • Driving process enhancement through the Kamstrup organization with new initiatives and full mandate to expedite solutions delivery without compromising quality
  • Promoting efficient global collaboration with internal and external key stakeholders
  • Providing strategic and tactical direction for the Global Incident team while empowering them to achieve their objectives and contribute to the organization's overall success.
  • Ensuring scalability in size, scope, and markets of Customer Support & Services deliveries, aligning with the goals of the three Business Areas
  • Establishing incident management KPIs for measuring customer satisfaction, speed, and delivered quality

You can expect approximately 10 travel days per year.

Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious Head of Global Incident Management, who will serve as a role model for change and inspire the team to elevate our global incident management to new heights. We imagine that you have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working with Global Incident Management in a high-tech environment combined with +2 years of experience with people management. You already have a strong track-record from working with incident management and change management in large scale organizations.

It is considered an advantage if you have experience with:

  • Driving tactical improvement initiatives
  • The technology and manufacturing industry
  • ITIL4

As a person, you take initiative and like to create results in collaboration with others across Kamstrup’s markets. Your leadership style is characterized by leading by example and effectively engaging with numerous stakeholders to foster strong collaborative relationships throughout the organization. You possess profound communication skills that enable you to clearly communicate directions and information to your team and stakeholders in order to drive change within a global matrix organization. Your decision-making approach is data-driven and grounded in your extensive experience. Furthermore, you like to take responsibility and want to make a difference by challenging the status quo and optimizing processes.

The job requires fluency in written and spoken English.
