Who are you
The ideal candidate is a person who is comfortable in the role as a professional sparring partner for the team and who is motivated by succeeding through- and with others. Furthermore, you must be able to manage your own area of responsibilities and cases within Accounts Receivable as well as the communication with the external Payroll Consultant. Your educational background is within in a financial/economic area. However, proven experience from a similar role combined with other educations is also acceptable. Overall, we expect you to bring min. 5 years of experience from a management role within accounting. It is necessary that you have extensive experience with an ERP system, and it will be a plus if you have experience with the ERP-system IFS, without it being a requirement. It is expected that the candidate has experience from a production company and preferably an international company. Alternatively, the candidate should have experience from a complex organization with many transactions – preferably both external and internal.
The Job
- People management / sparring.
- Follow up on customer Balance.
- Posting of customer Payment.
- Reconcile Accounts Receivables and other Accounts at Month End.
- Participate in Corporate Accounts Receivable Calls.
- Intercompany balances.
- Contact to external Payroll Consultant.
- Secure all monthly accounts are reconciled and documented.
- Reporting to “Denmark’s Statistik”.
- SOX reporting.
- Travel expenses.
- Accounting analysis.
Referring to your people management responsibility you coach, develop and support your team members, which consists of two skilled and experienced Accountants. The setup in Accounting allows everyone to work in a specific area to make most of the expertise within the team while being compliant with the international recruitments. As previously mentioned, your colleagues are experienced and therefore needs professional- sparring and development within their professional areas as well as general leadership.
