APPETIZE + is looking for a Deputy Chef for a Customer Staff Restaurant in Sønderborg APPETIZE + is looking for a deputy manager for a customer in Sønderborg. You have an overview and surplus and you ensure that your guests get the best experience when they visit the Customer Staff Restaurant. The right candidate creates experiences with food, and thinks it's fun.
You are dedicated, and with respect for the classic kitchen, you work innovatively and ambitiously. You are visible among the guests and towards your staff.
We offer
You become Deputy Chef in a staff restaurant that serves approx. 300-400 people on a daily basis. The team consists of 7 employees, and together we produce and serve high-quality homemade lunch. We work with portion dishes, and buffet setups and there is meeting service in the house. We offer a job in a company that emphasizes professionalism, quality, ecology and animal welfare.
You are part of a team with the other employees in APPETIZE +, where there is plenty of opportunity for exchanging knowlegde and develop together with your colleagues across the country.
We expect
You have experience from previous Deputy Chef positions, and good leadership skills. You have solid operating experience, see the details and familiarize yourself with the guests' needs and everyday life. You provide a high level of service and know, in collaboration with the Head Chef, to motivate employees to do the same. It is a requirement that you speak English.
The tasks are i.a. to support the Head Chef with
The right Deputy Chef is outgoing, and creative, an inspiration to the staff and guests of the Customer Staff Restaurant. You are flexible, visible and find it challenging when the days are busy and you are able to make your staff work together with you as a team. You are close to the customer and close to the employees. You have good IT knowledge and work without problems with digital systems such as. time registration and mail.
We offer you a salary package that corresponds to your competencies, including pension and health scheme.

- Administrative tasks i.a. shift planning, absence registration and staffing.
