Maersk Container Industry (MCI) is looking for a People Partner. So - if you are experienced in recruitment and have an interest in expanding your experience in HR then this might be the opportunity for you.
We offer
You will be part of a small team responsible for driving the HR activities in Denmark. We would like you to take lead on the recruiting activities where you will manage recruitments from a-z for Denmark based positions and drive employer branding activities. Collaborating with managers you will source and identify our new colleagues.
Additionally, you will support in the execution of the Yearly HR Cycle and the day-to-day operations of delivering in HR services and guidance to the organization.
You will be part of a team based in DK and report directly to the Global Head of HR and CSR in Maersk Container Industry. Your primary workplace will be in Tinglev in Southern DK.
Key responsibilities
Your key responsibilities also include:
• Build strong partnerships with leaders and other stakeholders to understand and support the business area needs in relation to recruitment and branding activities
• Drive recruitment processes a-z
• Maintain strong relationships with the local community, includ-ing collaborations with e.g., universities, research institutes, lo-cal government and municipality representatives and job cen-ters.
• Contribute to various project activities to ensure continuous improvement of global processes and alignment between Maersk and MCI.

We are looking for
You hold a bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resources or similar field. You have already gained experience in recruiting of technical and commercial roles.
To be successful in the team, you need to be a self-driven individual with a can-do-attitude and have a strong collaborative mindset. You have a good structure of your own task portfolio and know how to prioritize your own time. You are motivated team player, and, in your work, you are thorough and accurate ensuring a successful and timely delivery of your responsibilities.
You have a strong sense of urgency and you have an open, brave, and trusted approach to your business partners.
It is a basic requirement that you have excellent, professional English skills. Danish is not required but would be an advantage.
