Plecto is looking for an ambitious and tech-savvy Head of Outbound Sales Nordics for our fast growing software-as-a-service scale-up headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark. You have a strong background within outbound sales and for your sales is not just a job - it’s also your personal interest. You follow many different sites and media to stay up to date with current trends and you are generally an expert in your field that people come to for advice.
You will manage a team of currently three people which will expand over time as we grow and as you are able to show results. Your target market is the Nordics where we already have a strong customer base in Denmark, but also have notable brands in both Sweden and Norway. You believe knowing your hitrates, average deal size and similar KPIs is the fundament to create a scalable sales organization.
Together with the CEO you will define and execute the outbound sales strategy and help define what and how we communicate to our customers. You will make sure our communication is aligned across all channels and whenever we make anything public. You will be a part of the management team and report directly to the CEO of Plecto. You will also occasionally present progress at our board meetings in front of our professional investors.
You will take activate part in all aspects of the outbound sales efforts at Plecto and you are not afraid to get your hands dirty booking meetings, writing emails or even doing cold calling (because you simply can’t resist). You come in early with your team, because you don’t want to be late and miss precious calling time for leads.
Most importantly: You know the only path to successful outbound sales is excellent lead generation - which you are of course also an expert in.

We expect that you have
- At least 5 years of professional experience from b2b sales or other relevant experience from eg telemarketing
- Expert LinkedIn user (you have premium.. ;-))
- Experience with sales techniques and training
- Excellent communication skills in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish)
- Experience with management is a plus
