Would you like to become part of a fast-growing company where you will play a key role within our sales organization? Are you passionate about Bid Management and Bid strategy? Then you might be our new Head of Bid Management to our office in Aarhus or Copenhagen, Østerbro.
As our new Bid Manager, you get to form the bid process for every bid and develop a winning strategy together with the business owner. The Bid Management team writes and assemble all relevant input from the organization in order to finalize a bid with high quality responding to the customers request and needs - with a solid IT solution at the right price.
Your responsibilities
You will manage our end-to-end bid process together with your team, always aiming to submit the winning bid. The Bid Manager is responsible for managing the process from initial identification of a customer requirement through to contract signing in close corporation with the responsible business owner.

The bid team covers both public and private bids where a bid management process is needed.
The Bid Management team is organized within the Enterprise Business Unit in IT Relation but will support and manage bid from other group companies in itm8 when needed.

Your responsibilities

Additionally, your responsibilities are:
- To develop the winning bid strategy and the winning solution design together with your team
- To manage bids of various sizes and complexities, as well as leading and motivating the Bid team and relevant parts of the organization.
- After bid submission, the Bid Manager remains involved in presentations and negotiations, ensuring all lessons learned and feedback are implemented
- Depending on the bid size, you will participate personally in creation of the bid
- To communicate with public stakeholders and insuring participation on relevant frame agreements on behalf of the itm8 group

Our expectations to you
To fulfill this position, you need a set of fully developed skills. This includes:
- Great communication skills and knowing how to communicate with different stakeholders both externally and internally
- A long experience with IT solutions including infrastructure outsourcing, bid management experience, and commercial expertise
- High level of commercial intelligence
- Experience with public tender processes
- IT Solution market knowledge
- Knowing how to support and engage with colleagues across the organization
- Mastering a high level of spoken and written English and Danish
