Service Service Operations Supervisors
Global Operation Support is a part of the Service organization in Vestas. We support the global organization of Vestas on assignments for improvement, optimization, commissioning, construction, and prototype related tasks.
You will be part of a team with 27 dedicated employees consisting of local Team Coordinators and Warehouse Assistants and 25 Lead Supervisors being on assignments in many different locations in Denmark and across the globe.

Service Service Operations Supervisors
Global Operation Support is a part of the Service organization in Vestas. We support the global organization of Vestas on assignments for improvement, optimization, commissioning, construction, and prototype related tasks.
You will be part of a team with 27 dedicated employees consisting of local Team Coordinators and Warehouse Assistants and 25 Lead Supervisors being on assignments in many different locations in Denmark and across the globe.
Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Assisting Team Leader with the planning of assignments
- Ensuring that applications for VISA and work permits are filled and received
- Daily support to technicians on technical issues for time registration etc.
- Project and resource planning of personnel
- Operations execution to fulfill obligations and achieve customer satisfaction targets
- Provide necessary governance and systems to ensure compliance with Vestas policies and contractual obligations
Qualifications
- Prior professional experience in a role of Coordinator / Administrator / Project Manager’s support function / or similar
- Experience with remote support
- Proficiency in English and Danish both written and verbally
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft and IT in general
- Experience in SAP is advantageous
