Do you possess the leadership-, people-, business- and technical skills to head a team of consultants in Manufacturing IT? Then you might be our new Manager in Manufacturing IT at NNE.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: NNE is an international company, specialized in pharma engineering. We help pharmaceutical companies bring products to market by providing flexible, compliant and future-proof solutions. Unlike other engineering companies, NNE's services are tailored to the highly GMP-regulated pharmaceutical industry. We call this focused pharma engineering.
We support the entire pharma manufacturing lifecycle from setting direction, realizing benefits of strategic investments and optimizing manufacturing and business processes. We help customers from manufacturing development to manufacturing transformation, implementation of pharma organizational change management and optimization. Our goal is to help customers achieve and maintain optimal GMP manufacturing and bring products to market.
Our Services
Manufacturing IT is a full-service provider of IT solutions for the pharma and biotech industry that helps our clients to execute on their strategic priorities and digital transformation. Our focus is to deliver Manufacturing Execution Systems to its full potential in pharma/biotech facilities in context of industry 4.0 by embracing technologies like IIOT, Cloud, etc.
In our daily life, we both deliver turn-key IT solutions through complex projects and act as individual consultants and advisors within our expertise areas.
SAFe is becoming the basis of our delivery model to help businesses continuously and more efficiently deliver value on a regular and predictable schedule.
Your Role
Our Managers in Manufacturing IT are responsible for people management, high-level project delivery oversight along with client relationship management. You will manage a team of consultants (10-20 employees) and advise clients within the Manufacturing execution space both at a big-picture and tactical matters, focusing on how Manufacturing IT solutions enables an optimized manufacturing execution. You will play an active role in sales activities within Manufacturing IT.
You’ll work side by side with innovative and strategic-thinking colleagues and help clients innovate and transform their current operational shop-floor setup by leveraging digital and cognitive technologies.
You will report to the Director of Manufacturing IT and be part of his management team who manages employees located in both our Virum and Kalundborg offices and are working close together with an increasing number of employees located in our Bangalore office headed by a local Manager.
You will be based at the NNE head quarter in Virum.

Required Qualifications: To succeed in this role as Manager in Manufacturing IT, we expect you meet these requirements:
- A relevant degree within e.g. engineering, computer scientist or another similar background
- 5 years’ experience within the Manufacturing IT space, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- A consistent track record of leading people and building high-performing teams (minimum 5 years)
- Able to inspire and motivate professionals from various backgrounds towards a common goal
- Able to be hands-on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
- Have a good business understanding in a B2B context working in a project delivery organization
- Find it motivating to continuous keep focus on development of tools, methods and services
- Competence development that reflects our customer demands and trends in the industry
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP and GAMP) about pharmaceutical production is preferable
