You will work in a project-oriented climate supporting primarily projects for our customers in Denmark. Our Procurement & Contract Management department comprises 25 highly skilled Procurement Managers, Contract Managers, Procurement Controllers and Purchasers. We engage and interact with a variety of stakeholders, where our ambition is to take a wingman position; providing our stakeholders support in a manner allowing them a feeling of control and support. This requires a proactive mindset, as well as a high level of flexibility.

How you might spend your days
As a Senior Contract Manager, you'll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where, you'll be
- ensuring contractually agreed KPIs are met
- following up on milestones and work progress
- ensuring sufficient reporting from sub-consultants and suppliers to project management
- managing changes and claims towards and from sub-consultants and suppliers
- providing input for risk reporting and the economy related to the contracts
- participating in the closing of contracts when works are completed
Tiy will also participate in large and/or complex procurement packages in terms of:
- Sub-consultant and supplier selection and qualification process
- Tender process including bid evaluation
- Being lead negotiator for clarification of commercial and “legal” issues, drafting preparing final contract following clarification of commercial and legal issues
- Providing input for Procurement Strategies, Plans and Procedures

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have 5-8 years of experience within commercial and contract management disciplines
- You have experience with contract management related to engineering services for design and construction
- You have, preferably, experience with contracting and project procurement within engineering and/or either the construction industry (AB92/AB18) or the pharmaceutical industry
- You speak and write Danish and English fluently
