As a manager in Structure, you will, together with your team, be a part of our Facility Design area – a cross-cultural team that in Denmark employs more than 200 experienced and creative souls working closely with our 65 colleagues in India. These days, we’re expanding our organization quite heavily, and we cannot wait to have you join the team and bring your ideas and leadership to the table. We cannot foresee the future, but one thing we for sure can promise is that we’ve got your back and will do our utmost best to ensure you’re onboarded into the job and have colleagues to spar with.

How you might spend your days
As a manager in Structure, you'll be working in a cross-disciplinary and co-creative environment, where you'll:
- Have +20 employees in direct reference specialized in structural engineering, specifications, tender preparation, and supervision.
- Stay in touch with technical development within the discipline.
- Be a member of the Facility Design Management and participate in defining and implementing our strategic goals.
- Guide and encourage competence development together with the management team and specialists.
- Work with Project Managers to ensure resources and competencies on projects.
- Cooperate and give input to our departments for Sales and Front-End studies.
- Collaborate closely with our Office in India, where an increasing amount of the engineering is done.

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have a degree in engineering (within structural engineering or similar) and a minimum of ten years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience in people management or team management.
- You have experience with engineering projects in industry and production.
