How you might spend your days
The role as an Senior Engineering Manager is a key role, where you will
- plan and take responsibility for the design and follow process from design to handover.
- be responsible for interfaces and coordination between disciplines and for handling changes to scope of work
- be responsible for consistency of work, cross-disciplinary reviews and compliance with codes and reg-ulations.
- be responsible for common picture of design between customer and NNE throughout the project.
- be part of project management team
- lead and direct engineering team and perform on-the-job training of engineers to develop their po-tential

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have an engineering degree or similar and proven track record in a project delivery role within engineering
leadership experience - You have extensive pharmaceutical experience
- You have project experience from Basic Design, Detailed Design, Construction, Commissioning, Verification and Handover
- You are fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written)
