Georg Jensen Retail A/S is looking for a 1st Assistant for our store in Copenhagen Airport.
Georg Jensen has a leading market position in the high-end Jewellery market and premium Home Product market with distribution to the best retailers in the market. We strive to protect our strong brand position to ensure our customers continue to be inspired by Georg Jensen products. The weekly hours will be 37 hours with varying working hours.
The role
The ideal candidate has a passionate and enthusiastic personality, who has a proven record of accomplishment within retail sales, customer service and operational standards. Do you have experience delivering unrivalled customer service? Do you have excellent English & Danish language skills? Do you live in the proximity of Copenhagen? - Support the Store Manager in all aspects
- Achieve sales targets and company’s goals
- Execution, planning, and coordination of daily operations and in-store activity
- Ensuring professional and unique customer experience
- Ensuring that the products, training and corporate guidelines are up to date
- Ensuring high standard of visual merchandising in the store
The ideal candidate has the following competences:
- Experience in managing a team of Sales Associates
- 2-5 years of experience in selling luxury goods and offering superior customer service
- Interest and experience within budgets and KPI’s
- Experience within stock control and inventory levels
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results on time in collaboration with the team
- Structured, thorough and detail oriented
- Ambitious & self-driven
- Outstanding communication skills in both Danish and English
