About Us:

We are on the lookout for an organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO, enabling efficient management of our diverse portfolio and administrative operations.
The Role:
In your role as the Personal Assistant to the CEO at AMS Holding ApS, you will be instrumental in managing the CEO’s daily schedule and organizational tasks. Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills will contribute significantly to streamlining our executive functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle communications, prioritize emails, and phone calls to ensure prompt and appropriate responses.
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation, data management, and filing.
- Liaise with the investment director and other team members, ensuring smooth information flow and coordination.
- Organize and execute special projects and corporate events as required.
Ideal Candidate:
- Solid experience in personal assistant or executive support roles, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Outstanding organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, with exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and adaptable to new technology.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Cultural sensitivity and experience in managing cross-cultural communications.
- Experience in education, coaching, or sports management is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in similar administrative roles.
- Certification in first aid; additional coaching or sports certifications are beneficial.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Personal achievements in sports or extracurricular activities are desirable.
