You manage and drive the strategic direction for all our end-user services
At our HQ in Hedehusene, you will be heading our IT Operations, End-User Services department including Device Management, Global Desktop, Collaboration & Productivity, and IT Building Management. Here, you will be responsible for leading 91 employees globally – mainly located in our main IT hubs in Poland, Mexico, and the Philippines.
This includes supporting everything from IT infrastructure to physical security designs when we build new sites on a global scale. Everything must be tied up on policies and standards on a Group level.
Make sure that we stay ahead of the curve within all matters regarding IT
In this role, you will take on a proactive approach as you will make sure to include key stakeholders in all relevant aspects of the development and implementation of our end-user services and projects.
Your main priority is therefore to ensure that we meet our strategic goals and deliver outstanding and stabile services towards our end-users. And to take the lead as you foster a culture of proactivity, innovation, and modern approaches to working with IT.
This means that it will be you, who:
Moreover, you will be travelling to our 3 main hubs, meeting up with your employees as you ensure alignment and progress. The duration of these work trips is defined by you.

- Develop your own area of responsibility through the requirements which you gather from primary stakeholders inside and outside of DSV IT departments
- Define and present new business cases to the senior management team
- Establish, maintain, and ensure delivery of the agreed roadmaps for the different areas in close collaboration with the managers of all departments
- Have the full responsibility of the department budget and expenses
- Drive and follow-up on the various internal projects efficiently and ensure a timely delivery

- Have several years’ experience with leadership from a similar role.
- Bring the ability to lead employees through encouragement, feedback, and performance development
- Are fluently in the use of the MS Office Suite and have great communication and presentation skills
- Have a sound technical knowledge within your own area of responsibility
- Speak and write English effortlessly
