You will assist with the acquisitions of companies across the world, from formulating the M&A strategy to executing M&A transactions.

You will assist with the acquisitions of companies across the world, from formulating the M&A strategy to executing M&A transactions.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Be involved in / leading M&A projects globally
- Deal sourcing (conduct market screenings)
- Prepare / build business cases together with the divisional management teams, including company profile, business plan and valuation
- Coordinate advisors and internal stakeholders in the due diligence process
- Negotiation of transaction agreements
- Prepare material to the Executive Board and Board of Directors on M&A activities / projects

M&A experience and flair for stakeholder management
- You have an MSc, preferably in finance, or a related field
- You have +3 years of experience with M&A from a corporate or an advisor role
- You are a team player with strong stakeholder management and collaborative skills
- You have strong project management skills and are organised and thorough in your work
- You communicate effortlessly in English and have an international mindset
- You bring a strong financial and analytical foundation
