Based at our HQ in Hedehusene, you will be part of our Solutions IT division with 7 central departments in total. Here, we drive and operate applications, security, new developments, warehouse management systems, automation, integrations, changes, support as well as technical operations related to the solutions business.

Make a difference where IT meets business
In Solutions IT, we are responsible for all the IT solutions made to support our business – whether it be a warehouse system, robot technology or a customer web system. In this role, you will follow up on our service deliveries, ensure effective reporting and do the coordination to make sure efforts are aligned all the way from business need to IT solution.
You will anchor strategical projects within the application area together with our project managers, e.g. in relation to a merger and acquisition or perhaps an optimisation project.
You are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of services and key projects to meet business and customer requirements while mitigating delivery risks and customer escalations. Including the following key activities:

You are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of services and key projects to meet business and customer requirements while mitigating delivery risks and customer escalations. Including the following key activities:
- Providing management with information to enable decision-making
- Acting as an ambassador for services delivered, project managers and key stakeholders
- Providing transparency to key stakeholders on deliverables, KPI's status updates and potential changes to manage expectations
”Whether it be managers in IT, Product Management or Operations, your business stakeholders are your customers,” explains Thomas.
Service delivery management experience
You will be part of an environment where we are growing rapidly. This means that our focus is on effectivity, delivery and execution at a high level. We imagine that you:
- Have some years of experience in e.g. service delivery management, technical project coordination or from an incident management function
- Have experience with stakeholder management
- Have a broad understanding of technology, allowing you to quickly gain new knowledge on the different deliveries
- Are fluent in English
