Welcome to Solutions IT
Based at our HQ in Hedehusene, you will be part of our Solutions IT division with 7 central departments in total. Here, we drive and operate applications, security, new developments, warehouse management systems, automation, integrations, changes, support as well as technical operations related to the solutions business.

Develop the area of application security
In this role, you will have the ownership of security at application level within services and applications provided by Solutions IT towards the business. This entails ensuring correct road maps on the different applications, making sure that they constantly follow the latest security standards.
You will be an important driver in Solutions IT when we create new initiatives, evaluating and verifying security settings, making sure we create the safest applications and stay innovative. Specifically, you will:

Develop the area of application security
In this role, you will have the ownership of security at application level within services and applications provided by Solutions IT towards the business. This entails ensuring correct road maps on the different applications, making sure that they constantly follow the latest security standards.
You will be an important driver in Solutions IT when we create new initiatives, evaluating and verifying security settings, making sure we create the safest applications and stay innovative. Specifically, you will:
- Ensure that developers and other application colleagues are trained with the appropriate level of security knowledge to perform their daily activities
- Carry out reporting as we update our applications and follow up on KPIs
- Maintain secure application development standards
- Support the incident response team and activities as well as Group IT Security and compliance activities
- Provide risk-based input to the application landscape and portfolio as well as the application road map

Experience with application security
You will be part of an environment where we are growing rapidly. This means that our focus is on effectivity, delivery and execution at a high level. Furthermore, we imagine that you:
- Have some years of experience, e.g. in application security, application development, application management or as a security or solutions architect
- Have experience with stakeholder management
- Have a broad understanding of technology, allowing you to quickly gain new knowledge on the different solutions
- Are fluent in English
