We are looking for a Team Leader for our Global Tooling development department in Brande. You will be responsible for Global tooling team with a total of 7-12 high skilled engineers.

The department is responsible for design & development of production and manufacturing equipment incl. writing prs for equipment sourcing. Support during installation of production equipment at Offshore plants worldwide.

How to contribute to our vision

As our new Team Lead in Global Tooling you will help defining short- and long term strategy for production, manufacturing and test equipment used in Offshore plants, breaking down strategic targets to secure an alignment with roles and responsibility in the organization and continuously improve organization performance and optimise our organisation.

You will be coaching, sparring, recruiting, having one-to-one dialogues, continues feedback etc. with employees and colleagues. You will develop your team and ensure the right competencies and skills are available both now and in the future. It will be your responsibility to define your teams objectives and measures to ensure the deliveries are met.

We want you to create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, set clear goals for the team as well as discover training needs and provide coaching.

Other tasks include:

  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics on projects

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

The ideal candidate is a strong team lead with min 3 years of leadership experience and relevant experience within the technical area as well as knowledge of product development, production technology and project management. You have a degree within Engineering or another relevant area.

To be successful in this role you also:

  • are a strong team player with a result-oriented mindset and capable of managing and motivating the members of your team
  • have a structured approach to your work and are able to handle simultaneous assignments without losing overview
  • are capable of cooperating with various levels of the organization and across different cultures
  • thrive in a dynamic and international environment and you have good cooperation and communication skills
  • possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing
