How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for a technical writer for our dynamic global team in Master Data & Support Engineering group for renewable energy in the Wind Industry.
As our new Technical Writer you will be part of the global team cooperating closely with highly skilled engineers, developing manufacturing documentation for the Wind Industry.
We are a multi-cultural group in a global organization - a global mind-set and great ability to work with multicultural teams is required to thrive in this position.
You will mainly be responsible for work instructions and checklists used in our external production sites all over the world. You will be required to work together with many interfaces in Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE). The main contributors will be supply chain, Quality and Engineering.
There will also be additional ad hoc tasks for documenting processes, instructions or similar for different IT tools used in SGRE.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
The ideal candidate can design, create and update technical documentation in English as well as work extensively with Engineering on the product and gather required information from available sources to understand the technical details and functionality to be documented.

- Write technical information for both internal and external audience in a timely manner
- Transfer documentation to internal and/or external stakeholders
- Manage ECO/ECN approval processes
- Are familiar with authoring and editing tools including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
