Group Finance COO Finance Global Procurement, Quality and External Manufacturing Finance
We are a team of 16 dedicated finance business partners acting as finance sparring partners towards a large part of the COO Organization in Vestas.
Responsibilities
• Act as a Business Partner for senior management (Senior Vice President and Vice Presidents)
• Act as an integrated part of the management team of key stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor on all financial matters, by bringing expertise and financial transparency
• Take responsibility for KPI tracking for your stakeholders
• Support and drive business cases for decision-making purposes
• Prepare and present financial analysis for the senior management
Qualifications
• Experience as a Financial Business Partner, Finance Manager, Financial Advisor or similar
• University degree in Finance or International Business
• Experience working in a high paced environment with multiple stakeholders at all corporate levels
• Experience in presenting complex data to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint - experience in SAP BI is preferred (but not a prerequisite if you have great IT and system skills)
• Proficiency in English, written and verbal
Competencies
• Significant stakeholder management skills
• Solid communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data
• Ability to motivate others and make decisions with no supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and influence the stakeholders
