Finance Group Finance Supply Chain Finance

Group CSO Finance are the dedicated finance business partners to the Global Sales, Global Construction and Global Supply Chain operations. We are an internationally diverse team, that together is focused on Performance Management, Business Finance, Business Controlling and Finance Business Partnering. You will report to the Senior Director, Supply Chain Finance.

Responsibilities
Inventories represent approx. 1/3 of the balance sheet total with high attention from executive management. Today the inventory reporting is part of the scope of the Senior Finance S&OP specialist within the Supply chain finance team. With the need to put more focus and to establish further transparency on inventories this part will in the future require dedicated attention from an inventory controlling specialist. The Senior Finance S&OP specialist will continue to have the overall functional lead on both S&OP and inventory reporting and controlling and thereby be the day to day point of contact to this position. The inventory controlling specialist will have the following main responsibilities:

  • Take lead of developing the future inventory reporting framework and KPIs across the company
  • Create increased transparency on trade-offs, e.g. leveraging inventory and production levelling to optimize costs across the value chain
  • Do deep dive analysis within the inventory area
  • Engage with business stakeholders on initiatives and improvements related to inventory
  • Drive the recurring and ad hoc inventory reporting
  • Support in broader financial S&OP analysis, initiatives and deep dives

Qualifications

  • Master or HD with a major in Finance, Business Administration, or a related subject
  • Proven experience of financial experience in cost analysis preferably with experience with inventory controlling and reporting
  • Solid systems and financial modelling skills including MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • SAP BI, SAP EPR, SAP BPC experience would be an advantage
  • Professional communication skills with fluency in English required
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and interaction with senior stakeholders across multiple departments and functions
  • Large international company experience is an asset but not required
