The job
The role is located in DevOps Services department, which is part of the Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) department in Global IT. As Delivery Compliance Manager your overall objective is to provide compliance and quality assurance of processes and procedures on our Veeva Vault platform liaising with internal Global IT departments, line of business and vendors related to operational tasks and projects.
Your reporting and advisory to stakeholders will be a vital part of the foundation for decision-making and the direction for operational management of the platform in general as well as project implementing on the platform.
Your primary tasks will involve;
Compliance and quality assurance activities related to changes-, deviation- and document management on the Veeva Vault platform Ensuring platform inspection readiness at all times in collaboration with Service Delivery Managers Developing and anchoring compliance and quality guidelines and principles for the Veeva Vault platform across internal and external stakeholders. Providing subject matter expertise according to Platform requirements to projects and relevant stakeholders Revise IT procedures, documents and reports periodically to identify improvement areas, risks or non-conformity issues and plan and perform derived actions.
Your qualifications
Significant experience (7+ years) with Compliance- and Quality Management and validation processes Experience with compliance related to SaaS solutions, HP Application Life Cycle Management and DevOps Proven ability to balance business-, operation and regulatory objectives and scale efforts to the challenges at hand Proven ability to follow, adopt, recommend, develop and promote compliance and quality standards and policies Work systematically and if necessary develop new systems to support work

We own and manage these platform lifecycles as well as the outsourced service delivery providers.
