The Coloplast Global Graduate Programme is a three-year full-time programme. A talent programme for top students with a potential and drive for leadership.
The programme alternates between 18 months at our HQ in Denmark and 18 months in a global subsidiary. During this time, we guarantee that you’ll get to dive into your field of interest, take on key responsibilities and see the results of your work.
And after completing the Global Graduate Programme, you can look forward to continuing your journey with us on a permanent contract.
Welcome to Corporate Finance
Starting 1 September 2020, you’ll spend the first 18 months of the programme in Coloplast’s Corporate Finance department at our HQ in Humlebæk. Here, you will join a young and dynamic Commercial Finance department as part of the Performance Management team. As a trusted partner to the business, we provide high-quality analysis and performance insights that lay the foundation for key decision-making at senior management level. And so will you.
After your 18 months in Denmark, you will get to embark on an adventure at one of our global offices in Europe, the USA or Asia. With your skills and interests in mind, we will find the perfect role and location for you to complete your graduate programme in.
Delve into performance management and find your calling
You will join the Performance Management team on equal terms with your 7 dedicated colleagues to work hands-on with forecasts and performance management tasks from A to Z. The purpose of it all is for you to identify and evolve your passions and strengths within the field of finance and create tangible value for Coloplast.

- Complete various sales reports and analyses on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Support our senior management and sales regions with financial analyses for local and global business needs
- Work on quarterly forecasts at regional and group level
- Optimise and streamline performance management processes
- Ensure that our performance material is correct and up to date
- Participate in selected financial projects
