Deliver best in class support within Finance BI to internal customers
LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner – and that is why we need you.
The FMI team is overall responsible for the Finance BI reporting landscape, system support and system development. In addition the FMI support the global finance community in harvesting efficiencies via Robotics.
As a member of the FMI team, you will join a team of seven people responsible for support maintenance and continuous improvement of the Finance system and reporting landscape.
The Job
In your role as Associate Finance Specialist in FMI you will help ensuring that financial planning and financial reporting processes runs smooth, that we have reliable data and reporting structure, that we continuously improve our reporting landscape and deliver excellent support to our finance customers.
Monitor and control of data loads Data validation Secure data and reporting structures and governance are followed Ensure close follow up on incidents reported by finance users and secure strong communication to relevant stakeholders Provide system support the LEO Financial Planning Process Business Training in Finance tools Testing new solutions Ad hoc business support
About You
You have a relevant university degree within IT or Finance and minimum 1-3 years of experience with IT support or as Finance Business Analyst. You have a strong interest the technical solutions and you also like to deliver support quality
You are detailed-oriented and take pride in deliver high-quality, you are structured, have strong collaborative skills and like to deliver best in class service to your customers. In addition, any experience in SAP, SAP Analytics, BW, BPC Planning or BPC Consolidation would be beneficial.
Your New Team
You will join the FP&A department including three teams; Corporate Planning and Reporting, Center for Analytics & Financial Management Information. All three teams are committed to support our Global Finance function within the areas planning, reporting, creating insights via analytics and secure strong data structure and governance.
You will be encouraged to work with a high level of autonomy and independence and be tasked with continuous optimization the global financial reporting and planning processes. In this global role, business travel is limited.
You will report to the Head of FMI, based at LEO Pharma headquarters in Greater Copenhagen, Denmark.
