We are looking for a Risk and Compliance Manager focused on operational excellence (Internal Controls) and collaboration.

The key purpose of the role of our new Risk and Compliance Manager (corporate function) is to strengthen LEO Pharma's Global Risk and Compliance management capabilities, including the Internal Control framework.
LEO Pharma's compliance program serves to strengthen our culture of integrity and enables LEO Pharma to prevent, detect and correct non-compliant and unethical activities.
Being a member of the Global Risk and Compliance Office reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence & Reporting, you will be a key member of the risk and compliance team and get the opportunity to make a significant difference for people with serious skin diseases all over the world.
Maintain an industry leading Anti-Bribery Program by developing and maintaining of a LEO Pharma compliance control framework that brings together risk and controls;
To succeed, strong stakeholder management skills are required, including communication with the line of business/functional areas with regards to guidance, awareness, and nudging (risk assessment and Internal Controls).
Furthermore, the position will include a close collaboration with other internal compliance related stakeholders, including Internal Audit and Global Finance.
You will be part of a newly established team of risk and compliance officers where respect, collaboration, inspiration, trust, integrity, and transparency are core working values.

The job
Maintain an industry leading Anti-Bribery Program by developing and maintaining of a LEO Pharma compliance control framework that brings together risk and controls;
- Scope and implementation of a new, global Internal Control framework;
- Identify risks at the key process level using a risk-based approach;
- Documentation of risk identification, continuously reviewed/approved;
- Promote the importance of an effective Internal Control framework and bolster the responsibility of managers and staff in first-line regarding the design, deployment, and execution of controls;
- Prepare a testing and monitoring framework with the objectives of evaluating the effectiveness of the operating controls and evaluating the effectiveness of the design of the controls;
- Regular reporting on the effectiveness of the overall Internal Control framework to LEO Pharma’s Risk and Compliance governance bodies;
- Implement remediation measures identified during central monitoring activities;
- Development of risk assessment as well as testing and monitoring guidelines
- Other key risk and compliance activities

Your qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration, accounting, economics or similar
- +5 years of experience in the field of compliance & risk management/compliance control framework
- Strong change management and stakeholder management experience
- Strong Excel and data analytical skills
- Preferably experience with Internal Control systems and platforms
- Testing and monitoring experience
- Strong command of English, written and spoken
