Would you like to be part of a team responsible for designing and running best-in-class performance management across a multitude of countries and business models? If that is the case, there is now an opportunity to join an ambitious Finance & Compliance team in region Emerging Markets.
As a Senior Business Performance Manager, you will be a key team member of an ambitious, high-performing and impactful team, in one of the most vibrant, dynamic and diverse sales regions in the company. You will be working in a multi-cultural environment, continuously changing with a broad range of tasks and responsibilities. You will obtain knowledge and skills that will serve you for the rest of your career. The job is based in Denmark.
Responsibilities:
Your main responsibility will be to support our ambition of continuing to develop region Emerging Market by:
• Developing and driving performance management across the entire region
• Delivering key insight to the senior leadership team before monthly and quarterly performance reviews
• Owning and driving best-in-class financial compliance, conduct internal audits and reviews
• Ensuring financial process transparency and continuous development
• Driving the development of a global business support community, in subsidiaries and rep offices
Professional experience:
• Education on master level within business management, economics or strategic finance
• 3+ years of experience from larger accounting firm, management consulting or a business audit/finance role in close collaboration with business development
• Strong analytical toolbox and super user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability and ambition to travel minimum 30 days yearly
Skills & personal characteristics:
You need to have strong analytical skills and a profound interest in finding and building pragmatic solutions to complex business issues and processes. You need to be able to drive and create results with stakeholders at different organizational levels. We are looking for a team player with an open and honest attitude able to set high ambitions.
