The system of RKEM is at the very heart of Maersk Business – and has been for many years - and has total integration to the container business of Maersk. RKEM will remain central for some years to come, however replacement activities are forming. We are seeking an analyst/project manager with technical flair and operational understanding, who can manage tasks related to the RKEM feature team. This includes tasks related to RKEM replacement effort and projects establishing application developments all through Idea-to-launch.

Work on:
• Manage discussions, analysis’, development and documentation of operational requirements and operational outcomes with Shipping business representatives.
• Manage delivery of changes to RKEM in co-operation with the RKEM technical Team.
• Manage testing of the requirements
• Manage Benefits proposition on development activities.
• Manage analysis’ and driving partial RKEM replacement deliveries, in aspect of NAP deliveries.
Technical Skills:
• IT technical analyst skills.
• ITIL Foundation – Pre-requisite
• Test development, management and execution is desirable. Both on an system/application level but also integrated to the business process, which the system and application supports.
• Requirements Management/user story management.
Relevant experience:
• At least 3 years of BI experience
• Experience in creation of BI reports
• IT Experience in design, development and support of BI applications
• Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Finance
Business Skills:
• Knowledge of many aspects of the Shipping business is a pre-requisite.
• Strong method mind – and ability to learn new methods of executing both technical analysis and operational analysis.
• Excellent communications skills - Ensure high level of communication with key stakeholders and internal team members
• Very good collaboration skills.
• Cultural flair – as we work in many countries – with many cultures – at the same time.
• Ability to multi-task – and keeping projects separated
• Business Analysis exposure.
• Strong process oriented approach to work
• attention to detail – personality.
• Mission state of mind – driving projects to completion, through all phases of delivery.
• Team player – with desire to giving the best!
• Excellent Written and Verbal skills with people at all levels across the organisation in English.
