Hands-on Finance Manager wanted!
Are you looking for the next step in you Finance career? Where you coordinate the daily tasks in a smaller Finance & BI department? Where you can optimize and build efficient Finance procedures? In a young organization full of energy and can-do-attitude?
Traffic Lab is looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to ensure the daily financial operations and continue the development of its business intelligence position. In this position you will have a big impact on the whole company by joining a small finance team taking care of accounting tasks as: invoicing, bookkeeping, reconciliations, payments, dunning letters and other daily financial tasks. Some procedures are in place – some procedures need to be reviewed and updated. In addition, and most importantly, we expect you to develop our usage of business intelligence to widen our usage of financial data and make projections of future revenue streams, player values and other sorts of business intelligence.
Traffic Lab is a successful company with a focus on the iGaming industry. We have grown from 2 people to 55+ within a few years and changed office space multiple times. Our office is located on Bredgade 42 where we expect to take over the whole building as we grow. With this growth rate we need to strengthen our finance and business intelligence team, which is why we need you.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinating the daily tasks in a smaller finance- and business intelligence team
- Ensuring daily operations are running smoothly, such as invoicing, bookkeeping, reconciliations, payments, dunning letters and other daily financial tasks
- Together with the team, optimize OtC, PtP and RtR processes
- Analyze and project player values and revenue streams with mathematical models together with the business intelligence team
- Understand how we can use financial data to make projections and analysis of future expected revenues and costs
- Optimize workflow within the department and utilizing business intelligence data across the company
- Monthly reporting to C-level
- Ad hoc tasks as office management, purchasing etc
Your skills:
- You have at least 3 years of experience from a similar finance or business intelligence role
- Experience with e-conomic is an advantage
- Excellent Excel skills
- You can work on a tactical level and an operational level – you will do hands on work yourself
- You have strong competences within accounting, finance, mathematics, and statistics
- You speak and write in perfect English – we are an international company with employees from many different countries and customers around the world
- You know how to analyze and make mathematical projections based on financial- & business intelligence data
- You know how to systemize and utilize datasets in order to make statistical projections of future revenue streams
- You wish to join a “start-up” culture, but in a company that has a proven track record to actually succeed
- You take responsibility and work independently
- You honor hard work and know what it means
