Finance Manager – Treasurer

As Finance Manager – Treasurer at BPW Group you will be responsible for a transformation moving towards a more agile and collaborative structure. BPW Finance is implementing a new treasury management system; Bellin, to optimize and automate costs. The overall task is to gain more organized and predictable in settlements, to ensure a more accurately forecast of the cash flows and thereby gather/reduce cash flow and costs.
With direct report to company CFO, BPW Finans in Denmark, you will be responsible for the activities across companies and countries anchored within the shared service center.
As Finance Manager – Treasurer you will be responsible for implementing the treasurer management system, designing and developing the dashboard and manage the tasks regarding the system:
Your main tasks as is:
Shared services
Analysing
Bank and intercompany bank
Your qualifications are a background within finance e.g. Financial Controller or similar and has well developed skills within treasurer, accounting, consolidation and controlling. Experience with finance processes and structures form a complex international group is crucial. In addition to development and implement a new treasurer management system, the candidate has excellent it- and BI-skills and has participated in various ERP projects or change programmes and has cooperated across functional areas in an international company.
As a person you are highly organised and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who knows the importance of working independently being able to follow up consistently. It is preferred that the candidate has strong organisational skills, and ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate thrives in a deadline driven environment and is able to prioritize tasks.

- Standardise, optimise and automate current cash flow processes
- Streamline and eliminate the need to process multiple transactions by aggregating the amount due among parties and net the cash flows into one payment among parties to one
- Increase interconnect billing
- Reduce cost
- Offset the value of multiple positions or payments due to be exchanged between more parties
- Consolidate currencies and foreign exchange deals into larger trads, and reap benefits for prices and cost
- Secure offset in losses and gains
- Transfer pricing and cost benefit analysis
- Ensure working capital
Analysing
- Monitor day-to-day cash flow and analyse group cash flow
- Global liquidity management and improvement of short term cash flow
- Forecast
- BI reporting
Bank and intercompany bank
- Business case
- Risk management and assess lending regarding Intercompany loans and deposits
- Bank relations and account management
- Optimise bank use
